Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Clinic -Testing, diagnosis & treatment for sexually transmitted diseases. Confidential testing for the virus that causes AIDS.

Services are confidential

Testing for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Trichomonas, Syphilis, and HIV

Treatment will be provided for positive STD results

STD exams are available to the public including minors
Fees:

HIV Test only $10.00

Exam and testing is based on a Sliding Scale based on Federal Poverty Guidelines

Payment is currently accepted in cash, and credit cards are welcome and encouraged (1.95% administration fee applies.)
Proof of Income: (As of June 20, 2011)

Employer paycheck stub

Copy of prior year income tax return

Letter stating the amount of unemployment received weekly

Partner or spouse’s income verification if client is unemployed

Medicaid letter indicating the Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC) amount received monthly

Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) letter stating the amount of benefits the individual is receiving
(Note: A fee of $75.00 will be charged to clients who do not provide proof of income. The charge includes immunizations.)
